The Executive Board remains responsible for the company’s overall governance, relations with its Board of Directors, its Supervisory Board and its shareholders, and the monitoring of its financial performance and external communications.
The Executive Committee is responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring all aspects of the company’s strategy. These include the diversification of our investment sectors and asset classes, international deployment, fundraising, the analysis of our market environment, and external growth operations. He will also oversee the operational performance of our companies, HR development, and our CSR policy, as well as innovation and digitalization projects.
Virginie Morgon is CEO of Eurazeo. Since she joined Eurazeo’s Executive Board in 2008, Ms. Morgon has accelerated the firm’s diversification and growth across investment strategies and geographies, transforming Eurazeo into a multi-strategy international investment firm able to support companies across size and scale, from venture capital to large cap.
Ms. Morgon spent over 16 years as an investment banker at Lazard and became the youngest managing senior partner in Paris in 2001. During her tenure, she advised international groups such as Air Liquide, Danone, Kingfisher, Publicis and Renault. She spent her time in transatlantic cities New York, London and Paris.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Asmodee and Moncler and is an independent Board member of L’Oreal. Previously, she served on the Boards of AccorHotels and Vivendi. Since 2011, Ms. Morgon has been regularly ranked on Fortune’s Most Powerful Women International 50 list. She is a vocal advocate for diversity in leadership, as a founding member of the Women’s Forum for Economy & Society, and for global equality, as Co-Chair of the Paris Committee for Human Rights Watch.
Virginie Morgon has a degree from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Economics and Finance section) and holds a Master’s in Economics and Management (MIEM) from the University of Bocconi (Milan, Italy).

Philippe Audouin joined Eurazeo in 2002. He is Eurazeo’s CFO and member of the Executive Board. He began his career by starting his own company, and then became the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director (“Prokurist”) in Germany of the first joint venture of France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom. From 1996 to 2000, he was in charge of finance, human resources and administration at France Telecom’s Multimedia division, and was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Pages Jaunes. From April 2000 to February 2002, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Europ@Web (part of Groupe Arnault). He taught for five years at HEC Business School, including a position as senior lecturer for third-year students in the Entrepreneurs program.

Nicolas Huet is General Secretary and member of the Executive Board. He coordinates the company’s corporate functions and their role in investment transactions. Nicolas Huet has spent the majority of his career as a corporate lawyer. He joined Moquet Borde & Associés in 1994 before becoming the legal director of the Genoyer Group, which specializes in oil and gas equipment, between September 2000 and 2002. Before joining Eurazeo in February 2011, Nicolas was a partner with the law firm, White & Case LLP, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions.
Nicolas Huet has a law degree and a post-graduate diploma in International Law from Panthéon Assas Paris II University.
Chairman of the Eurazeo PME Executive Board since 2005, Olivier Millet has also been Chairman of France Invest (the French Private Equity Association) since May 2016. Olivier is member of the Executive Board of Eurazeo. In this role, he notably oversees the activities of the Idinvest teams within Eurazeo Group and also be responsible for Eurazeo’s corporate communications.
He was also Vice-Chairman of AFIC (2014-2016) and Chairman of AFIC’s ESG Commission from 2009 to 2015. Olivier Millet began his career as an entrepreneur in 1986 by creating Capital Finance. He then joined 3i (from 1990 to 1994), before moving to Barclays Private Equity France, where he contributed to the development and success of this pan- European fund for 11 years.
In 2005, Olivier Millet became Chairman of the Executive Board of OFI Private Equity, an investment company floated on the stock market in 2007. In 2011, OFI Private Equity became Eurazeo PME and it is now a Eurazeo group subsidiary.

Marc Frappier joined the Eurazeo investment team in 2006. At Eurazeo, he has participated in the investment or in the oversight of Accor/Edenred, Elis, Fintrax, Foncia, IMSquare and Rexel investments. He began his career in 1996 as a financial auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Paris and New York. From 1999 to 2006, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Paris and Singapore, where he participated in numerous strategy and operational effectiveness assignments in the industrial goods and services sector, energy, as well as the media and telecommunication sector.

Frans Tieleman is Executive Committee member of Eurazeo since 2008. He leads deals and coordinates deal flow across the three private equity teams of Eurazeo and manages Eurazeo’s fund team. His track record includes twelve investments for more than €1.5bn in equity in France, Italy and Spain, including in recent years Neovia (previously InVivo NSA), Asmodee, Desigual, Eurazeo PME (previously OFI PEC) and Moncler.

Renaud has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has covered in Europe a range of underlying investment products such as direct real estate, structured finance, and operating companies. He started in London at the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs International. His initial assignment included a number of NPL investments in France, real estate investments in Spain and hospitality across Europe. Renaud became a Partner at Soros Real Estate and then a Founding Partner of Grove International Partners, a general partnership which grew to approximately $5bn of AUM. Finally, and prior to joining Eurazeo, Renaud was appointed CEO of Societe de la Tour Eiffel a French REIT listed on the NYSE Euronext with close to $1Bn of assets, which he transformed and engineered a change of ownership favored by the investors and management.

Caroline is Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee. She is in charge of Human Resources activities for Eurazeo (SA, PME, North America, Brands, Luxembourg) as well as supporting Investment Teams in all HR aspects of portfolio companies including top management selection and retention. She has extensive experience both in human resources and strategy in France and internationally. Before joining Eurazeo, she spent 6 years at Bureau Veritas, a publicly-listed company of 75,000 employees globally. She successively held operational responsibilities, such as growing the Retail and Food markets in Europe as well as global HR responsibilities such as driving the People Strategy and Implementing Organizational Transformation. Before that, she spent 9 years with McKinsey & Company, first as a consultant in France then as Director of Human Resources and Professional Development in Asia, based in Shanghai. Earlier in her career, Caroline worked in Mexico at Carbone Lorraine (now Mersen) as business site general controller.
Caroline holds a Master in Business Administration from Paris Graduate School of Business (ESCP-Europe) and a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University.
