Private Debt
Direct Lending
Our Direct Lending funds target European SMEs valued between €30 million and €300 million, for which we lead and arrange flexible senior and subordinated facilities. Our Leveraged Loans funds participate in senior funding transactions for medium-sized companies, investing between €10 million and €50 million per transaction. We also offer flexible financing solutions to management-controlled SMEs.
Asset-based Finance
Since 2017, our expertise has included leasing and asset-backed debt. Alongside our Eurazeo SME Industrial Asset fund, we are now launching Eurazeo Sustainable Maritime Infrastructure asset-backed debt fund.
