In 1993, Olivier Merveilleux du Vignaux created MVM, a direct recruitment firm, of which he is the Manager.  He was a Director of SAFAAuntil 1993, established and developed a recruitment firm with a partner from 1984 to 1992 and worked for Korn Ferry from 1980 to 1984, where he recruited senior executives through the direct recruitment method.
