Eurazeo’s organization is based on five divisions that are defined according to specific market segments. This organization demonstrated its effectiveness. It has around 40 investment professionals who are supported by a structured sourcing team to identify new opportunities. Virginie Morgon is CEO of Eurazeo. Since she joined Eurazeo’s Executive Board in 2008, Ms. Morgon has accelerated the firm’s diversification and growth across investment strategies and geographies, transforming Eurazeo into a multi-strategy international investment firm able to support companies across size and scale, from venture capital to large cap.
Ms. Morgon spent over 16 years as an investment banker at Lazard and became the youngest managing senior partner in Paris in 2001. During her tenure, she advised international groups such as Air Liquide, Danone, Kingfisher, Publicis and Renault. She spent her time in transatlantic cities New York, London and Paris.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Asmodee and Moncler and is an independent Board member of L’Oreal. Previously, she served on the Boards of AccorHotels and Vivendi. Since 2011, Ms. Morgon has been regularly ranked on Fortune’s Most Powerful Women International 50 list. She is a vocal advocate for diversity in leadership, as a founding member of the Women’s Forum for Economy & Society, and for global equality, as Co-Chair of the Paris Committee for Human Rights Watch.
Virginie Morgon has a degree from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Economics and Finance section) and holds a Master’s in Economics and Management (MIEM) from the University of Bocconi (Milan, Italy).

Philippe Audouin joined Eurazeo in 2002. He is Eurazeo’s CFO and member of the Executive Board. He began his career by starting his own company, and then became the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director (“Prokurist”) in Germany of the first joint venture of France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom. From 1996 to 2000, he was in charge of finance, human resources and administration at France Telecom’s Multimedia division, and was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Pages Jaunes. From April 2000 to February 2002, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Europ@Web (part of Groupe Arnault). He taught for five years at HEC Business School, including a position as senior lecturer for third-year students in the Entrepreneurs program.

Nicolas Huet is General Secretary and member of the Executive Board. He coordinates the company’s corporate functions and their role in investment transactions. Nicolas Huet has spent the majority of his career as a corporate lawyer. He joined Moquet Borde & Associés in 1994 before becoming the legal director of the Genoyer Group, which specializes in oil and gas equipment, between September 2000 and 2002. Before joining Eurazeo in February 2011, Nicolas was a partner with the law firm, White & Case LLP, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions.
Nicolas Huet has a law degree and a post-graduate diploma in International Law from Panthéon Assas Paris II University.
Chairman of the Eurazeo PME Executive Board since 2005, Olivier Millet has also been Chairman of France Invest (the French Private Equity Association) since May 2016. Olivier is member of the Executive Board of Eurazeo. In this role, he notably oversees the activities of the Idinvest teams within Eurazeo Group and also be responsible for Eurazeo’s corporate communications.
He was also Vice-Chairman of AFIC (2014-2016) and Chairman of AFIC’s ESG Commission from 2009 to 2015. Olivier Millet began his career as an entrepreneur in 1986 by creating Capital Finance. He then joined 3i (from 1990 to 1994), before moving to Barclays Private Equity France, where he contributed to the development and success of this pan- European fund for 11 years.
In 2005, Olivier Millet became Chairman of the Executive Board of OFI Private Equity, an investment company floated on the stock market in 2007. In 2011, OFI Private Equity became Eurazeo PME and it is now a Eurazeo group subsidiary.

Marc Frappier joined the Eurazeo investment team in 2006. At Eurazeo, he has participated in the investment or in the oversight of Accor/Edenred, Elis, Fintrax, Foncia, IMSquare and Rexel investments. He began his career in 1996 as a financial auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Paris and New York. From 1999 to 2006, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Paris and Singapore, where he participated in numerous strategy and operational effectiveness assignments in the industrial goods and services sector, energy, as well as the media and telecommunication sector.

Caroline is Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee. She is in charge of Human Resources activities for Eurazeo (SA, PME, North America, Brands, Luxembourg) as well as supporting Investment Teams in all HR aspects of portfolio companies including top management selection and retention. She has extensive experience both in human resources and strategy in France and internationally. Before joining Eurazeo, she spent 6 years at Bureau Veritas, a publicly-listed company of 75,000 employees globally. She successively held operational responsibilities, such as growing the Retail and Food markets in Europe as well as global HR responsibilities such as driving the People Strategy and Implementing Organizational Transformation. Before that, she spent 9 years with McKinsey & Company, first as a consultant in France then as Director of Human Resources and Professional Development in Asia, based in Shanghai. Earlier in her career, Caroline worked in Mexico at Carbone Lorraine (now Mersen) as business site general controller.
Caroline holds a Master in Business Administration from Paris Graduate School of Business (ESCP-Europe) and a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University.
Elisabeth spent the first five years of her career in auditing at Ernst & Young. She then held various responsibilities within international groups owned by investment funds. In 1996, she joined the Imaje industrial group as financial controller for France. Then in 2000, she joined the finance department of the construction and engineering group GSE, where she notably worked on arranging and monitoring LBOs.
Elisabeth joined Eurazeo PME in 2008.
Christophe Aubut joined Eurazeo in 1992 as accounting and tax manager before becoming Accounting and Tax Director. Prior to this, he held several positions in the Lazard group, Christophe is now Tax Structuring Director and co-manages the Luxembourg office. Christophe is also the employee representative on the Supervisory Board of Eurazeo.

Pierre-Alain Aubin joined Eurazeo in 2008. Alongside the investment teams, he helps the investments improve their financial and operating processes, particularly post-acquisition. Finally, he conducts audit assignments within Eurazeo and its portfolio companies.
Pierre-Marie Bourniquel was deputy chief of the Economic and Financial division of the Strasbourg Regional Judicial Police Department before joining the Central Directorate for Public Security where he forged most of his career under successive roles: Deputy Central Commissioner of Chambéry in 1980, District Commissioner of Biarritz in 1985 (appointed Commissioner), Director of Public Security in New Caledonia in 1991 (appointed Division Commissioner), Evry District Commissioner in 1994, Director of Public Security for Department 66, Perpignan in 1997, Department 83 in Toulon in 2001 (appointed Comptroller General), Department 06 in Nice in 2005, South West Public Security Coordinator in Bordeaux in 2010 (appointed Inspector General), and South Public Security Coordinator in Marseille in 2012. Stéphane Bostyn joined Eurazeo in 2008 as Head of the Treasury Department and Financing at Group level. Since 2015, he is the Head of Capital Markets and Treasury. He manages Eurazeo’s cash position, FX and rates hedgings and work closely with Eurazeo’s investment teams to co-ordinate financing for new buy-outs, debt raisings for refinancing and equity derivatives strategies. He has monetized the Danone investment by launching an exchangeable bond, has renegotiated the syndicated loan facility several times and equity swaps financing on Accor and Danone and has been involved in a number of acquisitions and refinancing transactions Novacap, Sommet, Fintrax, Asmodée, Foncia, Les Petits Chaperons Rouge, Iberchem, C2S. He started his career in 1996 as a market operator in the France Telecom front office where he focused on short-term interest rate and currency products. He then worked in the Accor Group Finance Department from 2000 to 2008, firstly as head of the front office where he was responsible for currency and interest rate risk management and optimizing Group resources and then as a manager within the asset refinancing department, where he was involved in the sale of a range of hotel buildings to institutional investors.
Marc joined Eurazeo in 2016 to head the Luxembourg office, where he notably manages the Eurazeo co-investment funds (Eurazeo Partners and Eurazeo Capital II). He is also responsible for calculating Eurazeo’s Net Asset Value. Marc started his career as a credit analyst with BNP Paribas’ New York office in the Corporate & Investment Banking department. He moved to EY (formerly Ernst & Young) in 2004, where he conducted audit and consulting engagements in Paris and then Luxembourg until 2016, specializing in the Private Equity sector.

Paul Braida is in charge of designing and managing the IT policy, he also brings his expertise and support to our portfolio companies on their technological issues.
Paul began his career at Air France in 1990 and held various Project Manager and Project Director positions within the IT department before contributing to the implementation of Yield Management.
In 1998, he joined SABRE Airlines Solutions Inc. as a key account manager, then in 2001 he joined JC Decaux, where he became the IT System Director. He supported the development of the group internationally and participated in the implementation of innovative solutions such as the Vélib ‘in Paris and the first digital billboards.
Recruited by Accor, he launched the implementation of new customer relationship management tools and developed online sales sites of the group’s brands.
More recently Paul, Paul was in charge of IT infrastructure rationalization programs for the French Government.

Caroline Cohen joined Eurazeo in 2012 as Head of Investor Relations. She has been working as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch Bank of America since 2005, first in London then in Paris from 2008. She began her career in 1995 at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and joined Deutsche Bank in 2000.
Caroline Cohen holds an Advanced Graduated Diploma (DESS) in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne and has an MA in Finance from the University of Reading (UK).
Sophie Flak joined Eurazeo in 2013 as Director of CSR. In this role, she has implemented strategic CSR pillars and defined objectives for 2020 for Eurazeo and all its investments. Since 2015, Sophie Flak coordinates the digital transformation of the investments. Before that Sophie Flak was member of the Executive Committee overseeing the Group’s transformation and, specifically, Technologies, Organization, Innovation, and CSR. She was instrumental in positioning the Accor Group as a global sustainable development leader with the launch of the Planet 21 program.
Prior to her work at Accor, Sophie Flak was a Partner of the consulting firm Accenture’s strategy division. A specialist in the coordination of major corporate transformation programs and innovation strategies, Sophie created Accenture France’s sustainable development consulting business.

After 15 years practicing law and specializing in M&A with the law firms Bredin Prat and Latham & Watkins, and a period as a law partner, Cécile was appointed Legal Director of La Mancha Group. In Eurazeo, she is responsible for the legal aspects of investment transactions for the four divisions and overseeing investments.

Bérengère de Barmon joined Eurazeo in 2006 as head of the Group consolidation department. Prior to this, she spent eight years with Ernst & Young, primarily in charge of the audit of listed companies and the conversion of consolidated financial statements to IFRS.

Gabriel’s mission in Eurazeo will be, under the supervision of the executive board members, to coordinate the implementation of transversal projects in close collaboration with both investment and corporate teams.
Gabriel started his career in the public sector and French administration. He worked as a parliamentary Assistant between 2009 and 2012 and then joined the Foreign Affairs minister’s Office in 2012 as an Adviser in charge of relationships between the elected representatives, the civil society and the French and European Parliaments.
In 2014, he joined the FNAC Group to lead the company’s public affairs department. Gabriel was then appointed as Chief of Staff to the Department of Homeland Security between 2014 and 2016. He continued his mission as Chief of Staff to the French Prime Minister appointed in December 2016, until May 2017.

Edward Portet joined Eurazeo in 2013 after working in the finance departments of international groups. He coordinates the forecasting process and assists investments improve their financial control. He assists companies with specific requirements.
Nathalie joins Eurazeo as Deputy general counsel Securities/ Regulatory and Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
She will be in charge of monitoring the securities law and governance.
She will take over the role of secretary of Eurazeo’s Supervisory Board.
In addition, Nathalie will be responsible for monitoring and tracking French and foreign regulatory matters that Eurazeo may be facing.
Between 2000 and 2016, Nathalie successively held the positions of Head of Legal Affairs at Alcatel and then Head of Corporate Law and Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors of Alcatel Lucent.
Nathalie was General Secretary of Alcatel Lucent since November 2016 at the end of the public takeover bid for Nokia on Alcatel Lucent.
Prior to joining Alcatel, she previously worked for 7 years as a corporate lawyer at the Valfond Group Corporate Secretary.

Jill Granoff is CEO of Eurazeo Brands, Eurazeo’s fifth investment division. Based in New York, she is responsible for sourcing and executing investments and overseeing the performance of Eurazeo Brands’ portfolio companies.
Ms. Granoff, an accomplished executive with over 25 years’ experience leading consumer-driven companies, is best known as a strategist and brand builder in the fashion, beauty and retail industries. Before joining Eurazeo in May 2017, she was the CEO of Vince, where she led its IPO in November 2013 achieving a $1B market cap. Prior to this role, she was the CEO of Kellwood Company and Kenneth Cole Productions.
Earlier in her career, she held executive positions at Estée Lauder, Victoria’s Secret Beauty and Liz Claiborne, where she had global responsibility for Juicy Couture, Lucky Brand Jeans and Kate Spade. Ms. Granoff is currently a Director of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York and the International Women’s Forum. She has also served on the boards of Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW). Ms. Granoff has received numerous awards including the CEW Achiever Award, Foundation Fighting Blindness Visionary Award and LIM College Distinguished Achievement Awards, among others.
Ms. Granoff received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Duke University and her master’s from Columbia Business School.
Vivianne Akriche is Managing Director of Eurazeo Capital, based in New York. She is responsible for sourcing and executing investments and overseeing the performance of Eurazeo’s portfolio companies. Ms. Akriche specializes in the consumer and business services sectors and has notably participated in the structuring and/or oversight of the investments in Rexel, Intercos, Moncler, Fonroche, Les Petits Chaperons Rouges and Sommet Education. Ms. Akriche was also involved in the strategic acquisition of OFI PE, which subsequently became Eurazeo PME. She currently serves on the boards of Grandir SA (holding of Les Petits Chaperons Rouges) and Graduate (holding company for Sommet Education).
Before joining Eurazeo in 2004, Ms. Akriche was part of the investment banking team at Goldman Sachs in Paris.

Eric Schaefer is Managing Director of Eurazeo Capital, based in New York. He is responsible for sourcing and executing investments and overseeing the performance of Eurazeo’s portfolio companies. Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Schaefer has specialized in the consumer goods and business services sectors and participated in the structuring or development of Eutelsat, B&B Hotels, Europcar, Elis, Asmodee, CPK and Trader Interactive. He currently serves on the boards of Europcar Groupe SA, Asmodee Group, CPK and Trader Interactive.
Mr. Schaefer was named a Dow Jones’ Private Equity News 40 Under 40 Rising Stars of Private Equity in 2015 and a French American Foundation Young Leader in 2016.

Adrianne is Managing Director of Eurazeo Brands. She brings extensive consumer/retail perspective after having worked on the sell-side, assumed an operating role and held various private and public Board seats. Adrianne spent over 13 years at Goldman Sachs as a Retail Analyst. As a Managing Director, her coverage spanned Tiffany, Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom, Macy’s, TJ Maxx, Costco, Target and Walmart.
More recently, she held the CFO role at David Yurman, a privately-held American designer jewelry brand which caters to women and men selling through a global network of high-end department stores, owned retail stores and online.
She currently sits on the Boards of Kohl’s Department Stores and Hain Celestial and had previously served as a Director at Gilt.
Adrianne Shapira has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.
Noëlla joined Eurazeo in 2014. She began her career in 2010 in the Accor Group as Head of Sustainable development project within the Accor Group’s Sustainable development department.

Stéphanie started her career in the Areva Communications Department where over a period of five years she performed various tasks from public relations to sustainable development reporting and corporate sponsorship and partnerships. She joined Usinor in 2000 as head of internal communication, before joining the Publicis Consultants teams as consultant and then Director Consultant in charge of industry and energy sector clients. In 2012, Stéphanie branched out as an independent consultant specializing in Brand content and corporate communication.

Bernard has spent his career at Arianespace, a world leader in space transportation, where he held several financial positions.
He was lately Deputy Head of the Treasury Department.
During that experience, he participated in the company’s financial strategy, foreign exchange strategy, financing, cash management and project management for projects related to the activity.
Bernard graduated from the Paris school of Business (ESG). He is also an active member of the French Association of Treasers (AFTE).
Edouard joined Eurazeo in 2015. Prior to this, he spent 8 years at Astorg where he worked on a number of transactions of industrial and B-to-B services European companies. He was notably in charge of Geoservices and OGF investments. Since 2012, Edouard has been a lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris within the Finance and Strategy Master.

After an international career with the United Nations Development Programme, Eddie Chen returned to China in 2001, where he worked from 2002 for “Invest Sweden”, a Swedish governmental agency promoting business opportunities and assisting Chinese investors in Sweden. In ten years, Eddie Chen accompanied more than 250 investment projects by Chinese investors in Sweden across a wide range of sectors including transportation, life sciences, telecommunications, financial services, energy and the environment. The 2010 Geely takeover of Volvo is emblematic of investments between Sweden and China, and was accompanied by Invest

Francesco Orsi is Managing Director for Eurazeo Capital which he joined in 2007 after having worked with KPMG in Milan for four years within the Audit team and then the Transaction Services Group. At Eurazeo Francesco has participated in the structuring or the oversight of the following investments: Accor, Moncler, Banca Leonardo, Intercos, Desigual, Fintrax and CPK (Carambar & Co).
Francesco holds a degree in business administration from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy).
From 2007 to 2010, Amandine Ayrem began her career within the investment banking team of Deutsche Bank in Paris. She has been involved in a number of French and cross-border M&A transactions for European industrial and financial sponsor clients. Amandine Ayrem joined Eurazeo in 2010 and has participated in the structuring or the oversight of the Europcar and Foncia investments.
Maxime de Bentzmann joined Eurazeo in 2011, after 3 years spent at Rothschild & Cie within the investment banking team. He was involved in various M&A transactions for both investment funds and large industrial players. At Eurazeo he has worked on the acquisition or the oversight of Edenred, Elis, Asmodee and Desigual.
Antonin began his career in 2009 as an Analyst, in Goldman Sachs’ M&A department, in London and Paris. He has contributed to several acquisitions, financing and restructuring operations for major industrial groups and investment funds. Antonin then joined the Paris team of the investment fund H.I.G. Capital in 2011. He participated in the acquisition, development and sale of several companies in multiple industrial sectors.
Antonin graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Saïd Business School (University of Oxford).
Alina C. DiMeglio is a Principal of Eurazeo Capital, based in New York. She is responsible for sourcing and executing investments and overseeing the performance of Eurazeo North America’s portfolio companies. Ms DiMeglio specializes in the consumer and business services sectors, including food/beverage, beauty & personal care, household care and juvenile products. Prior to joining Eurazeo, Ms DiMeglio was a Vice President at Swander Pace Capital, a middle-market consumer private equity firm focused on consumer goods. Earlier in her career, she was a generalist Associate at Kohlberg & Company, and was an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch.

Henri Domange joined Eurazeo Capital in New York in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Henri spent three years with Los Angeles-based private equity firm Freeman Spogli & Co., where he focused on investments in the consumer and distribution spaces. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at Guggenheim Securities in the consumer retail group.

Justin Schlegel joined Eurazeo Capital in New York in 2016. Edoardo began his career in 2011 as an analyst at IdInvest Partners, where he acquired solid experience in corporate finance by participating in several transaction closings in France, Germany and Italy. From 2014 to 2016, he was an account manager at BlackFin Capital Partners, where he was responsible for several transactions in France and the analysis of various investment opportunities in Spain and Italy.

Amina Lamloum joined Eurazeo Capital in 2016 after a 3-year experience at Deutsche Bank. Following an internship, Amina started her career within the equity capital markets team at Deutsche Bank in London. She then joined the large-cap mergers & acquisitions team of Deutsche Bank in Paris. In these roles, Amina carried out consulting assignments for both investment funds and large industrial players.

Prior to joining the Eurazeo, Anastasia spent over two years within mergers & acquisitions team at Credit Suisse in Frankfurt. She worked on a number of large-cap transactions including complex carve-out situations in the German market.

Rémi Viel is an analyste for Eurazeo Capital team. After several interships, notably at Exane BNP Paribas (Equity Research) and Eurazeo, Rémi worked for 2 years and a half with the large-cap merger-acquisitions teams of Deutsche Bank in Paris, carrying out consulting assignments for industrial groups and investment funds.

David joins Eurazeo as a Principal of Eurazeo Brands in New York. David began his career in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan, working in both the Financial Sponsor and Industrial groups. Prior to joining Eurazeo, David was a Principal at Irving Place Capital, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York. He was active in the acquisition, management and exit of multiple companies across various industries since joining in 2005.

George Birman is responsible for sourcing and executing investments and overseeing the performance of Eurazeo Brands’ portfolio companies. George specializes in the branded consumer products and retail sectors, covering food and beverages, beauty and personal care, household care, apparel/retail, pet care, and leisure/hospitality.
Prior to joining Eurazeo, George was an investment professional with VMG Partners in San Francisco, a consumer-focused private equity firm with $1bn of AUM. Prior to VMG, George worked in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions at Heineken NV in New York. He began his career as a consumer and retail sector investment banking analyst with Rothschild.
George holds a BS in International Politics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and completed a year of exchange at Sciences-Po Paris. He also holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. George is proficient in French, Spanish, and Russian.
Jordan began his career in 2015 as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. During his tenure, Jordan contributed to the successful execution of multiple buyside and sellside transactions across an array of industries.

Louis runs Eurazeo Capital’s deal origination globally. His role is to identify, qualify and secure the best investment opportunities for Eurazeo Capital together with the rest of the team. He also manages the firm’s reverse coverage of external deal origination partners and the business intelligence resources and systems supporting the origination process. Louis participated in the origination and structuring of the investment in Iberchem. He is a member of the board of directors of Iberchem.
Before joining Eurazeo in 2015, Louis was a partner at Digital Bridge Holdings LLC, a telecommunications infrastructure private equity firm based in NYC. He started his career as an M&A investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston and Citigroup Global Markets where he was one of the three MDs running the bank’s financial sponsor business (Alternative Assets Group) in EMEA, based in London. At Citi, Louis advised Eurazeo on a number of M&A and Capital Markets transactions.

Renaud has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has covered in Europe a range of underlying investment products such as direct real estate, structured finance, and operating companies. He started in London at the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs International. His initial assignment included a number of NPL investments in France, real estate investments in Spain and hospitality across Europe. Renaud became a Partner at Soros Real Estate and then a Founding Partner of Grove International Partners, a general partnership which grew to approximately $5bn of AUM. Finally, and prior to joining Eurazeo, Renaud was appointed CEO of Societe de la Tour Eiffel a French REIT listed on the NYSE Euronext with close to $1Bn of assets, which he transformed and engineered a change of ownership favored by the investors and management.

Yann du Rusquec joined Eurazeo in 2007. From 2007 to 2014, he has participated in the structuring or the oversight of large transactions such as Europcar and Moncler. Since 2014, he has been in charge of Eurazeo Growth, the growth equity arm of Eurazeo and has led the investments in Vestiaire Collective, Younited Credit, PeopleDoc and Farfetch. Prior to 2007, he was part of the investment banking teams of Lazard and then Morgan Stanley in Paris where he was involved in M&A transactions and IPOs, advising financial investors as well as large European companies.

Laurent is the Chief Operating Officer of Eurazeo Partners and co-leads Eurazeo’s private investors’ team. Laurent’s current responsibilities include fundraising, managing customer relationships, tax and legal structuring, and supervising the Luxemburg middle and back office team. He previously was a legal, tax and accounting manager at Eurazeo since 1992 and gained initial 5-year work experience in audit. From 1996 to 2006 he managed Eurazeo’s fund-of-fund portfolio (c.€700 million, 40 funds). After negotiating a successful secondary transaction on the portfolio in 2006, he participated to the set-up of Eurazeo Partners and became the COO of this fund, which invested €500 million alongside Eurazeo in large deals from 2006 to 2011.

Marcos Grasso, 53 years, and of Brazilian nationality, has nearly 30 years’ experience in the consumer goods sector, having held senior management positions in major multinationals – Kraft Foods/Mondelez, Cadbury, Pfizer and Warner Lambert – in Latin America, Europe, Asia and the United States. Until 2013, he was CEO of Mondelez International Brazil (formerly Kraft Foods).

Lucia joins Eurazeo as Associate of the Eurazeo Development team, focusing on Fundraising and LPs Relations.
