Eurazeo integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria at all stages of the investment process, across all business lines: Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Assets.
Note that depending on the nature of the asset class, the fund’s objective, its SFDR classification, Eurazeo’s ownership interest and the investment target’s industry, criteria may vary and/or apply differently.
Nonetheless, Eurazeo has set four common principles to systematically comply with:
- Compliance of the investment target with Eurazeo’s Exclusion Policy
- Conducting an ESG due diligence for and prior to each investment
- Encouraging the implementation of 20 key ESG actions (the O+ Essentials)
- Measuring ESG integration into the business models of financed companies
