EURAZEO STRENGTHENS ITS EUROPEAN FOOTPRINT WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF KATRIN BOSTRÖM, MANAGING DIRECTOR IN CHARGE OF THE NORDICS AND THE UK

Eurazeo announces the appointment of Katrin Boström as Managing Director within the Investor Relations team responsible for the Nordics and the UK, reporting to Mathieu Teisseire, Managing Partner - Investor Relations. She will be in charge of developing Eurazeo’s client franchise and fundraising in these strategic geographic areas. This appointment is part of the Group’s ambition to create Europe’s leading alternative asset manager in the mid-market, growth and impact segments. Martin Haarmans will continue to cover the UK region, supporting the existing clients and developing the relationships with new ones.

Katrin Boström has 25 years of experience and was previously at Hamilton Lane where she was Managing Director in charge of business development across institutional and private wealth channels in the Nordic Region. Prior to that, she was Head of Sales and Market Development and later Head of Client Relations and part of the management leadership team at Carneo Asset Managers. She had similar roles at Aviva Investors as Managing Director, Head of the Nordic Region and the Baltic States, at AXA Investment Managers as Head of Nordic Sales and at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Head of Sales and Business Development, Nordic Region.

Before that, Katrin Boström spent 8 years in London at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, RiskMetrics Group and Schroder Salomon Smith Barney working in asset management, risk management and investment banking covering the UK, the Benelux and the Nordic Region. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics, with double Majors in Finance and International Economics, from the Stockholm School of Economics.
