EURAZEO LETS 5,000 SQM OF SPACE TO COMEXPOSIUM: HIGHLIGHT CAMPUS NOW FULLY LET NINE MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION

Eurazeo’s Real Estate team has now fully let the Highlight campus, located on the banks of the Seine in Courbevoie. Comexposium, one of the leading event organisers worldwide, creating events that bring communities together, has signed a 10-year lease for 5,000 sqm of space on the upper floors of the Côté Seine building.

The tenant will take possession in early 2024 and enter the premises in the summer. Following the signature of this lease, all of the space delivered by Kaufman & Broad in July 2022 is now let, nine months after completion. It takes the average term of the leases to around 8.5 years, including the “triple net” leases already signed with Kaufman & Broad, Compagnie des Fromages & Richesmont, GWS and Grape Hospitality.

The successful letting of the Highlight campus vindicates the “Turn to Core” strategy adopted by Eurazeo’s Real Estate team. This strategy involved a major refurbishment programme to meet the aspirations of the most demanding users in the post-Covid environment, in which expectations have changed significantly: flexible office spaces favouring collaborative work, numerous outdoor spaces (terraces, rooftops, balconies), a wide array of services and environmental accreditations guaranteeing optimal energy performance. The Highlight campus meets high environmental standards and will be certified with the following accreditations: HQE Rénovation (Excellent), BREEAM (Very Good), WiredScore (Gold) and Well (Gold).

Frédéric Maman, Managing Director, Real Estate, said:

“We welcome Comexposium’s teams and we are confident that they will enjoy their new working environment, featuring light, functional spaces designed for new ways of working. This final lease is the reward for the particularly dynamic letting campaign led by Eurazeo’s Real Estate team in the last few months, in what has been a complex environment given the large amount of supply in the La Défense district and surrounding areas.”
