Xiaolu is a Vice President based in China.

Prior to joining, Xiaolu worked for 1 year at XJ Capital within investment team. She has contributed to multiple cross border buyout deals and growth equity deals in industrial and healthcare sectors. Prior to that, Xiaolu also worked as an intern at Eurazeo China for 6 months and she has contributed to the multiple project screening on China angel analysis and portfolio management.

Xiaolu graduated from ESSEC (MSc in Management) and a Bachelor of Economics and Arts from China Foreign Affairs University.
