Victoire de Boisanger

Victoire joins Eurazeo as a Manager - Legal Advisor.

Prior to joining, Victoire worked for six years at Saul Associés, as an associate and then counsel. Her practice mainly involved in advising both investors (corporate and investment funds) and issuers on the legal aspects of venture capital operations.

Victoire is qualified to practice as an attorney in France. She holds a Bachelor in Common Law from University College Dublin and a master’s degree in international business law from the University of Paris IX (Dauphine).
