Serge Schoen is a graduate of the French National School of Telecommunications (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He is the founding partner of EightStone Oclaner Pte Ltd, a multi-family office based in Singapore. He is also the founder and Executive Chairman of Ambrosia Investments, an investment platform focused on innovative companies in the food sector.

He has several offices and duties in companies based in Asia, the United States and France.
