Sébastien Ouvry

Sébastien joined Eurazeo as Director - Investment Legal Advisor. Before joining Eurazeo, Sébastien worked as an associate at Ashurst LLP and then as a senior associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where he was mainly involved in advising investment funds on the legal aspects of leverage buy-out transactions.

Sébastien is qualified to practice as an attorney in France. He also holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris XI.
