Irene Barcena

Irene joins Eurazeo as an Associate of the Private Debt team.
Prior to joining, Irene worked for close to three years at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking within the Corporate Coverage EMEA team. Then, she transferred to BNP Paribas Asset Management within the Private Debt SME investment team for two years. She was highly involved in the drafting, presentation, execution and monitoring of deals in the Corporate SME fund. Additionally, she led the development of the fund’s origination capabilities in Spain alongside Spanish Banks and Sponsors.
Irene graduated from Toulouse Business School (Master in Finance, Banking & Corporate Finance). She is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
