Henri Helier

Henri is a Financial Director.

Henri started his career as a Financial Auditor at EY Luxembourg in 2012 where he specialized in private equity funds’ audits and IFRS consolidations.
Henri then joined the CVC Capital Partners team in Luxembourg as an Associate in the Accounting & Administration department where he was responsible of the administration and structuration of the Group’s European and Asian investments.

Henri joined Eurazeo Luxembourg in 2018 where he is Conducting Officer of the AIFM in charge of the Risk Management, Central administration and Accounting. He is also financial controller of Eurazeo Real Asset and overseas all the financial and reporting aspects of the later.

Henri holds a master degree in Audit & Expertise from ESSCA.
