Gurvan joins Eurazeo as a Director of Portfolio Performance in the Mid-Large Buyout team.

Prior to joining, Gurvan worked for 12+ years at McKinsey & Company and Alix Partners within the Strategy & Transformation teams. He has led several large-scale transformation programs – including as an interim Chief Transformation Officer and for PE-owned portfolio companies – which led to significant value creation and operational improvement.

Gurvan graduated from Mines de Paris (MSc in Executive Engineering, 2008), and Harvard Business School (MBA, 2012).
