Florent joins Eurazeo as a Principal Portfolio Performance in the Small-mid buyout team.

Prior to joining Florent worked three years at Michelin as a Production Unit Manager, and then five years at McKinsey & Company in the Operations Practice. He was leading engagements across Europe in various industries to increase performance and support the transformations of both major listed players and porfolio companies.

Florent graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris (MSc in Engineering).
