Céline Allignol

Céline is Managing Director – Head of Tax. She oversees all tax matters for the Group. As such, she determines the Group's tax policy and handles the tax structuring of investment transactions and investment vehicles managed by Eurazeo.

Before joining Eurazeo, Céline worked at Oddo BHF as Tax Manager, where she worked on both group and transactional tax matters, notably in the context of investment funds structuring.

Previously, Céline had worked for 8 years as a tax lawyer at Clifford Chance and Bredin Prat.

Education: Paris Bar, London School of Economics (MSc Law and Accounting), University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and HEC (Master 2 “Droit des affaires et Fiscalité” / Majeure SFJI (Stratégie Fiscale et Juridique Internationale)).
