Eurazeo Infrastructure Partners (EIP) has a CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY, which places great importance on the interests of unitholders in funds under management and requires the highest levels of scrutiny to avoid conflicts of interest. As well as harming unitholders’ interests, conflicts of interest could also undermine the integrity and professionalism of our management teams.

Remuneration policy: 

Eurazeo Infrastructure Partners (EIP) has a REMUNERATION POLICY that complies with the AIFM directive’s recommendations, and the recommendations and guidelines jointly issued by the industry’s leading professional associations in France (France Invest, AFG, ASPIM). EIP remuneration policy aims to align employees’ behaviour with their long-term objectives. In particular, the goal is to avoid excessive risk-taking by an employee on a personal basis or in managing a particular fund, keeping investors’ interests in line with those of the asset managers.

 

GDPR:


In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French amended Data Protection Act, individuals have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, portability of personal data concerning them as well as a right to limit processing by sending their request to legal@eurazeo.com.
They can also contact the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) for any complaint relating to the processing by Eurazeo Infrastructure Partners (EIP) of their personal data if they deem it necessary.
