Becoming a shareholder

Individuals, families and entrepreneurs* own more than 50% of our shares and support our long-term vision. In return, we give them exposure to Private Equity, which is recognized as one of the best-performing asset classes over time.

An adaptable and flexible investment

Eurazeo's appeal for shareholders includes a low minimum investment, great flexibility in terms of the amount invested, high liquidity, and reliable, regular and transparent reporting. Our shareholders can also select the form of share ownership that best suits them: direct registered, intermediary registered or bearer.

Exposure to our portfolio's potential

We regard our shareholders as partners in our efforts to maximize the value of our portfolio companies, which are all selected by our experts on the basis of their development or growth potential. The fact that we manage assets for third parties as well as ourselves sets us apart from other private equity investors.

The benefits of holding shares in registered form

By holding your Eurazeo shares in registered form you develop a direct relationship with us and enjoy a number of benefits:

  • Your shares carry double voting rights after you have held them in registered form for two years
  • You receive shareholder information directly from us: shareholder newsletters, Shareholders' Meeting brochures, remote and proxy voting forms, other documents

If you hold shares in direct registered form – i.e. if your shares are registered in our books, not those of your financial intermediary – the benefits are greater still:

  • Zero custody fees
  • Free conversion of shares into bearer form if you want to sell them
  • A dedicated phone line for contacting our partner Uptevia, which will answer your questions about managing your investment: 0800 801 161 (free phone number if calling from France) or 00 33 1 58 16 05 09 (if calling from outside France).
