Rafaelle a rejoint l’équipe Finance d’Eurazeo en 2019 en tant que Group Performance Manager.

Rafaelle est restée 7 ans au sein de l’équipe d’Investissement Small-mid buyout, comme Analyste puis Senior Associate. Elle a participé à l’acquisition de Colisée (Participation cédée), Idéal Résidences (Participation cédée), Cap Vert Finance (Participation cédée), Redspher, Intech Medical. Elle avait auparavant travaillé pendant un an comme analyste au sein de HSBC Leveraged Finance..
