The Euston House office building has a surface area of approximately 11,000 m² (119,000 sq. ft.). It is located in London, close to the Euston and King’s Cross St. Pancras railway stations. The neighborhood is undergoing a major transformation with the arrival of the world’s leading technology and media companies such as Google, Facebook and Universal, attracted by excellent existing transport links. In addition to easy access to Europe (via the Eurostar to Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels), the development of the Crossrail 2 and HS2 high speed infrastructure projects (connecting Birmingham and Manchester to Euston Station), will contribute to the future dynamism of this location.
