One of Europe's first centers of wholesale trade for fashion and personal goods

CIFA Fashion Business Center has been founded in 2006 as an alternative to the textile districts in Paris (Sentier area and 11th district of Paris), along with the move upmarket of Aubervilliers’ wholesalers. CIFA’s tenants trade with strong multibrand and mid-range retailers. Ready-to-wear for men and women, leather goods, shoes and jewelry are proposed in their showrooms.

CIFA offers many advantages for its tenants and their customers: a very good accessibility which will be reinforced by the forthcoming creation of two new metro stations in the Greater Paris, 1,500 parking spaces and driveways for parking and easy flow within the Center, a 24/7 site security.

What is the transformation objective?

The investment is based on three objectives:

1. Take part to the development of Aubervilliers, particularly in the context of Greater Paris.

2. Play an active role in the rationalization and structuration of the textile wholesale sector.

3. Set up an operation based on the profitability and financial stability of CIFA.

How is Eurazeo assisting CIFA in its transformation?

Through this investment, Eurazeo gets involved in the deployment of projects participating in the renewal of Aubervilliers.

Eurazeo intends to pursue the development of CIFA, including the construction of a new extension CIFA 4.

Electricity consumption is one of CIFA’s main emissions sources. To reduce its environmental impacts and CO2 emissions, CIFA has signed a contract guaranteeing the exclusive use of electricity derived from renewable sources.
