Stakeholder mapping

Dialogue with stakeholders is one of the elements of good governance. In 2013, Eurazeo has made a first assessment of the dialogue with its stakeholders through mapping and inventory of terms and dialogue tools.

The stakeholder mapping was updated in 2015 through an internal working group carried out with all Eurazeo teams. This study helped identify and prioritize the expectations of each stakeholder.

Eurazeo now has a structured dialogue with the majority of its stakeholders, including its shareholders and institutional investors. Every year more than thirty days are devoted to road shows and conferences, covering several regions, including road shows and SRI appointments (Socially Responsible Investment) involving SRI analysts and investors sensitive to these issues. This voluntarily turned towards the financial community strategy is one of the pillars of investor relations.
