Eurazeo Global Investor (EGI) is a "société par actions simplifiée" with a share capital of €1,089,450, having its registered office at 1, Rue Georges Berger, 75017 Paris, authorised by the RCS under the number 414 908 624.

Eurazeo Global Investor (EGI) is a portfolio management company, authorised by the Financial Markets Regulator as a manager of alternative investment funds within the meaning of Directive 2011/61/EU.

Its registration number is GP97-117.
