Eurazeo Investment Manager (EIM) was authorised as a Portfolio Management Company on 10th June 1999 by the French Financial Markets Regulator (AMF) under the number GP 97-123 and was authorised on 10th December 2013 in compliance with the AIFM Directive.

Eurazeo Investment Manager (EIM) has a conflict of interest policy, which places great importance on the interests of unitholders in funds under management and requires the highest levels of scrutiny to avoid conflicts of interest. As well as harming unitholders’ interests, conflicts of interest could also undermine the integrity and professionalism of our management teams.

In virtue of Article L621-19 of the “Code Monétaire et Financier”, investors, subscribers and all interested persons more generally are able to refer to the ombudsman of the French Financial Markets Regulator (AMF) for any complaint.

Policy of compensation:
Eurazeo Investment Manager (EIM) has a compensation policy that complies with the AIFM directive’s recommendations, and the recommendations and guidelines jointly issued by the industry’s leading professional associations in France (France Invest, AFG, ASPIM). Idinvest Partners’ compensation policy aims to align employees’ behavior with their long-term objectives. In particular, the goal is to avoid excessive risk-taking by an employee on a personal basis or in managing a particular fund, keeping investors’ interests in line with those of the asset managers.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French amended Data Protection Act, individuals have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, portability of personal data concerning them as well as a right to limit processing by sending their request to firstname.lastname@example.org or by a letter to : Eurazeo - Legal Department ; 1 rue Georges Berger - 75017 Paris.
