Jonathan Irwin

Jonathan joins Eurazeo as a Head of Origination within mid-large buyout team based in London.

Jonathan began his career in 2010 as an Analyst in mergers and acquisitions at BNP Paribas, focusing on European mid-market transactions while being based in London, Dublin and Paris.
In 2014 he was appointed by Terra Firma Private Equity to the corporate development team at Wyevale Garden Centres, with the mandate to consolidate the market by originating and executing bolt-on transactions.
In 2016, he joined Duke Street Capital, ultimately becoming Head of Origination, where he was responsible for sourcing, assessing and prioritising new investments and the firm’s advisory relationships across Western Europe.

Jonathan holds a MSc in M&A and Corporate Strategy from Grenoble Ecole de Management, a Masters in Financial Economics and a Bachelors in Economics and Politics from UCC (Ireland).
