Habiba Ali Mahamat

Habiba joins Eurazeo as a Paralegal of EIM.
Prior joining, Habiba worked for five years at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, a global law firm, as Paralegal within the Corporate and Finance Departement. She managed the legal secretariat of a portofolio of legal entities in France and abroad and contributed to several complex transactions like mergers and acquisitions, share capital increase for industrial groups.
Habiba is gratuated from the University of Paris XIII where she obtained a post-graduate degree “DESS” in business and international trade with emerging countries, and from the University of Paris XI where she obtained a master degree in business/corporate law.
