Eurazeo makes numerous information and communication resources available to shareholders and members of the investment community: Activity Report, Registration Document, website, notices and financial releases, shareholder's letter, etc.
Meeting the financial community
Eurazeo meets frequently with the financial community in ordre to share its strategy and make itself better known to the public. These regular events permit us to maintain contact with stakeholders and participate in building a trusting relationship. These efforts also contribute to ensuring that Eurazeo’s shares are followed on a regular basis by ten financial analysis services.
"Grand Prix de la Transparence 2012"
Eurazeo received the Grand Prix de la Transparence for the Financial Companies sector, involving an analysis of 34 companies, including 18 listed on the SBF 120 and 5 on the CAC40. Eurazeo is among the top companies regarding the transparency criteria for regulated information.
Meeting individual shareholders
Eurazeo held two information meetings during the second half of 2012, one in Lyons and one in Marseilles . Nearly 500 individual shareholders participated.
