Investment Team
The Investment Committee is composed of the members of the Management Committee and all the Investment Managers of Eurazeo; it meets at least once a week. Its function is, on a collegial basis, to search, examine and propose investment opportunities and carry out the follow-up. The Investment Committee, which groups people with varied skills, is helped by external advisers to perform its task.

Frans Tieleman joined Eurazeo in 2001 after having advised McKinsey clients in Paris on strategic and operational issues and after having worked subsequently with the venture capital group of Reuters PLC in London and San Francisco. While at Eurazeo Frans Tieleman has participated in the structuring and the oversight of the following investments in France and Italy: Terreal, Rexel, B&B Hotels, Sirti, and currently Eurazeo PME (previously OFI Private Equity), Gruppo Banca Leonardo, Intercos and Moncler.

Marc Frappier

Marc Frappier joined the Eurazeo investment team in 2006. At Eurazeo, he has participated in the investment or in the oversight of Accor/Edenred, APCOA, Rexel and Foncia investments. He began his career in 1996 as a financial auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Paris and New York. From 1999 to 2006, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Paris and Singapore, where he participated in numerous strategy and operational effectiveness assignments in the industrial goods and services sector, energy, as well as the media and telecommunication sector.

Laurent Guérineau
